Eating well shouldn’t be a challenge, no matter how packed your schedule is. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal with friends, you’ll always find fresh, wholesome food that makes eating well simple.

We believe good nutrition should be easy and enjoyable. Our menus are designed with balance, flavor, and convenience in mind, so you never have to choose between eating well and loving what’s on your plate.

On-Campus Support

Meet our on-site dietitians.

  • Kaiten Zajac, MS, RD, LDN – Director of Health and Wellness

    Kaiten Zajac leads Tulane Hospitality’s health and wellness initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Texas and a Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Arizona State University. With six years at Aramark, Kaiten developed award-winning food allergy programs and supported schools across the Midwest. At Tulane, she collaborates with the culinary team to provide dietary accommodations and hosts events promoting wellness. Her goal is to empower students to understand their nutritional needs and make choices that support their health.

  • Summer McNeill, MS, RD – Registered Dietitian

    Summer McNeill is Tulane Hospitality’s Registered Dietitian. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Appalachian State and her Master’s from Auburn University, where she also completed her Dietetic Internship. Previously at the University of Virginia, Summer supported student-athletes with personalized nutrition plans and dining services. Passionate about performance nutrition, she helps students make informed choices and fosters a positive relationship with food.
