Meet the Chef
Chip Flanagan is a New Orleans native whose culinary journey spans continents, acclaimed kitchens, and prestigious accolades. With a BFA from NYU and culinary training from Delgado Community College, Chip has cultivated a dynamic career rooted in creativity, precision, and a deep respect for local ingredients. He’s worked alongside legendary chefs, led kitchens from St. Croix to the French Riviera, and earned honors including “Best Executive Chef” and recognition from the U.S. State Department’s Diplomatic Culinary Initiative. Known for his inventive flair and engaging personality, Chip now leads Tulane Hospitality’s catering program, bringing bold flavors, refined technique, and a spirit of innovation to every event.
