Prima Après is a one-of-a-kind dining spot founded by former Tulane Law School classmates turned restaurateurs, James Vitrano and Abney Harper. The restaurant brings together fresh Italian pasta and elegant French pavlova desserts in a fun "Pasta First. Pavlova After." experience. you can build your own made-to-order pasta dish by choosing from freshly made pasta shapes, specialty sauces, and delicious toppings. For dessert, Prima Après is known for its signature cloud-shaped pavlova, a crispy French meringue served with fresh whipped cream, variety of ice cream, and a variety of sweet drizzles and candied toppings.
