Rimon

For our students who follow a Kosher diet, Tulane Hospitality offers our Kosher dining plan. This plan features meal swipes that can be used at the Dining Room at Malkin Sacks Commons, Green Wave Grille, and, exclusive to the Kosher Dining Plan, Rimon at Tulane Hillel.

Rimon is a farm-to-table kosher restaurant* located at Tulane Hillel at 912 Broadway Street. Chef Daniel Esses uses local and seasonal produce, pasture-raised beef and lamb, responsibly raised poultry, and local gulf fish. Rimon caters to a plethora of dietary restrictions including dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan.
